Ms Yuki sees every student as a new challenge as each and every one of them is unique in their respective way. She believes that to be a good teacher, one must first minimise the barriers to communication with the students. Hence, a two-way communication is needed to achieve that. With this, she will be able to understand the needs of each student and come out with the most suitable teaching method to cater to them. Conrad Hall once said that ‘You are always a student, never a master. You have to keep moving forward’. She couldn’t agree more to this as education is a lifelong process, it does not end after you step out of the classroom.
