Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn. – Benjamin Franklin
What I value most in teaching is its inevitable emphasis on the learning process and the needs of the learners. I enjoy interacting with my students, reviewing topics, and learning from them in our lively discussions. I believe that different students take a different path to reach the same goal. Therefore, I provide personalized tutoring to enhance students’ self-esteem. My class also promotes independent thinking, an essential skill for students to master in various areas in the future. I hope my research background can inspire and motivate students to pursue interests in science-related fields or at least be able to see things from different points of view.
