As a passionate Science educator, she believes that true understanding comes from asking “Why?” rather than memorising facts. Her goal is to help students develop critical thinking skills, confidence and a genuine appreciation for Science.
As a graduate of the University of Malaya with First Class Honours in Biotechnology, she has participated in research projects involving artificial animal breeding and community health improvement initiatives among Orang Asli communities. These experiences have strengthened her belief that science is not merely a school subject— it is a practical tool for understanding and improving our everyday lives.
Through her lessons, Ms. Shin Jing strives to cultivate curiosity, critical thinking and confidence, helping students appreciate how scientific concepts are applied in everyday life.
