Teaching Approach
My approach starts with a diagnosis — I don’t assume all students struggle for the same reason. Before diving into content, I identify each student’s specific gaps and build their sessions around closing those gaps first.
For quantitative subjects like Math and Accounting, I focus on building strong foundational understanding before drilling exam technique. Students who understand the ‘why’ behind formulas retain concepts far better than those who memorize steps.
For conceptual subjects like Business and Economics, I use real-world examples and structured frameworks (e.g., SWOT, Porter’s Five Forces) to make abstract ideas concrete and memorable.
I keep sessions practical: every topic ends with past-paper questions so students know exactly how the examiner will test them.
